To request a TAP (or other altenative methods for the evaluation for small groups), please send an informal e-mail with information about the course and the desired period to evaluation@ovgu.de or give us a call.
The following form is available for you to make custom adjustments to the course evaluation, to submit corrections, or to register evaluations outside the survey schedule.
In the following form you can send us information concerning the online survey:
- Addition of questions in the standard questionnaire
- Adjustment of the survey period
- Subsequent registration / correction of structural or participant data
- Registration of course evaluation outside the defined evaluation period
Your input will be reviewed by the evaluation team and you will usually receive feedback within a week.
You can add to the faculty's standard questionnaire
- up to three scale questions (statements that can be answered on the scale fully agree / tend to agree / tend to disagree / don't agree / don't know) and
- up to two open questions.
If you are unsure about the wording of the questions, we will be happy to advise you. You can find some inspiration in our question library.
For a different evaluation period, please consider a minimum two-week period.
If you are filling out the form on behalf of a teaching staff member, please enter the name and email address of the teaching staff member who is responsible for the event.
A copy of your submission will be sent to your email address.
Mandatory fields are marked with *. The form can only be submitted when all mandatory fields have been completed.
Structural data
How students can access the survey
As a lecturer, you can invite your students to the survey yourself (via open link or QR code), or you can entrust us with the personalized invitation of students via Email and E-Learning plug-in. In the latter case, please make sure that the participant lists in the E-Learning course or LSF course are up to date (alternatively: upload the participant list at the bottom of this form).
Questionnaire
If you want to use an already individualized questionnaire again, please tell us which one it is in the last field "other comments".
Evaluation period
If you would like a different evaluation period, please specify a minimum two-week continuous period. Please note that the evaluation should be scheduled so that the results can be analyzed together with the students during a course session.
Addition/Correction Participating students
The data of the participants from LSF or the linked e-learning course are used as standard, if these data are available in LSF. If you wish to provide this data later or make corrections or additions to it; please feel free to do so below.
