Whether you are a student or staff member with suggestions in the area of studying and teaching, whether you would like to give feedback on particularly successful offers at the university, have urgent questions but don't know who to contact or are stumbling over other obstacles, this is the right place for you!
Suggestions and questions received via the contact form are collected centrally and forwarded to the relevant departments so that solutions, ideas or requests can be implemented accordingly.
Please note that service telephone numbers have been set up for operational disruptions, which you can find on the website of the Technology and Construction Planning Department. If you have any questions about operating technology, properties or the information and security service, please contact these departments directly. If you report discrimination, harassment or violence, you can report any incidents directly on the OVGU Awareness Portal.

Form
We pay attention to your data protection: If you provide personal data that enables us to inform you about the process and the results, it will only be used for the purpose of quality development by the OVGU Quality Assurance Office. Your report will be anonymized on request before it is passed on to the relevant departments. You agree to this processing of your data.
