Documentation: Storing and Retrieving Information and Documents Related to the Quality Cycle

What is Qurricula?

Qurricula is a web-based workflow management solution used at OVGU to organize and manage quality management for all study programs. Documents relating to internal accreditation, such as accreditation certificates, are maintained in Qurricula and made accessible to authorized users. Monitoring of measures also takes place here. In principle, all OVGU members have access to the role-restricted information in Qurricula.

How do I document the quality dialogs?

During SGG and SGK meetings, the faculties are responsible for keeping minutes and documenting the attendance of participants. Please feel free to use the provided templates for the minutes and participant list.

When taking minutes, it is important to record all results of the discussions, particularly the measures derived and the associated responsibilities. Particular care is required because external feedback is incorporated into the SGK minutes. Since OVGU does not require separate expert reports from external experts, their individual, study-program-specific assessment must be clearly reflected in the minutes.

Once completed, the minutes are entered into the Qurricula system, and the Deans Office, SQB, and ZQB are notified. The results of the meeting, including the quality criteria discussed, are documented in Qurricula under the tabs “Measures” and “Catalog of Quality Criteria.”

Where can I store or view documents related to the degree program?

As a general rule, all documents relating to the respective study programs should be stored in Qurricula. You can either save them under the “Procedures” tab directly with the relevant quality exchanges or file them under the “Study Programs” tab in the “Documents” section.

Where can I find documents?
