In winter semester 2022/23, the OVGU will introduce the adaptive course evaluation - in order to achieve a higher level of individualization, the survey frequency will be reduced to three semesters and a faculty-related rotation scheme will be introduced. The following form is available for you to make custom adjustments to the course evaluation or to submit corrections.

To request a TAP, please send an informal e-mail with information about the course and the desired period to evaluation@ovgu.de.

In the following form you can send us information concerning the online survey:

• Addition of questions in the questionnaire
• Adjustment of the survey period
• Subsequent registration / correction of structural or participant data
• Registration of course evaluation outside the defined evaluation period

Your input will be reviewed by the evaluation team and you will usually receive feedback within a week.

You can add

• up to three scale questions (statements that can be answered on the scale fully agree / tend to agree / tend to disagree / don't agree / don't know) and
• up to two open questions.

If you are unsure about the wording of the questions, we will be happy to advise you.

For a different evaluation period, please consider a minimum two-week period.

If you are filling out the form on behalf of a teaching staff member, please enter the name and email address of the teaching staff member who is responsible for the event.

How students can access the survey
As a lecturer, you can invite your students to the survey yourself (via open link or QR code), or you can entrust us with the personalized invitation of students via Email and E-Learning plug-in. In the latter case, please make sure that the participant lists in the E-Learning course or LSF course are up to date (alternatively: upload the participant list at the bottom of this form).
